Home Refinance

Refinancing a mortgage will not require a Resale Certificate, but a Mortgage Company or Title Company may want a letter or email from the Treasurer stating the dollar amounts of unpaid dues or other unpaid assessments on the property.

Please send an email to bsimmons@nmitx.com and treasurer@watterscrossing.com listing the property address for which you need the Resale Certificate. Include the following information:

• Property Address Closing Date ( if known )
• Your phone number in case the Treasurer has questions

Typical turnaround time via return Email will be 1 to 3 days.

Signs

Realtors must limit their signs to one (1) sign on the property. No other signs are permitted for a property sale and will be removed, especially signs by the entrance monuments.

Section 4.7(r) of WCHOA Covenants states:

No sign of any kind shall be displayed to the public view on any Lot except (i) one sign of not more than five square feet advertising the property for rent or sale; (ii) signs used by Declarant or by a builder building homes within the Property to advertise the Property during the development, construction and sales periods; and (iii) signs advertising development of Residences on property of Declarant or its successors in title situated to the south of McDermott Drive. The Committee shall have the right to remove any sign, billboard or other advertising structure that does not comply with the above, and in so doing shall not be subject to any liability for trespass or any other liability in connection with such removal.
