Realtors must limit their signs to one (1) sign on the property. No other signs are permitted for a property sale and will be removed, especially signs by the entrance monuments.
Section 4.7(r) of WCHOA Covenants states:
No sign of any kind shall be displayed to the public view on any Lot except (i) one sign of not more than five square feet advertising the property for rent or sale; (ii) signs used by Declarant or by a builder building homes within the Property to advertise the Property during the development, construction and sales periods; and (iii) signs advertising development of Residences on property of Declarant or its successors in title situated to the south of McDermott Drive. The Committee shall have the right to remove any sign, billboard or other advertising structure that does not comply with the above, and in so doing shall not be subject to any liability for trespass or any other liability in connection with such removal. |
